At The Pool Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
